We aim to process your order within 2-3 working days. We ship internationally with Royal Mail and offer two flat rate shipping rates. 

UK: £4 (2nd Class Signed For)

Europe: £14 (Royal Mail Signed For Service)

Rest of World (excluding USA): £20 (Royal Mail Signed For Service)

USA: £25 (Royal Mail Signed For Service)

Heavy items (such as large coats). If an item is eligible for the Heavy Item Rate, it will be specified on the product page and you will be asked to select this option at checkout.

UK: £6 (2nd Class Signed For)

Europe: £16 (Royal Mail Signed For Service)

Rest of World (excluding USA): £25 (Royal Mail Signed For Service)

USA: £30 (Royal Mail Signed For Service)

Customs duty/import fees. All orders being sent to the EU and Rest of World (including USA) are subject to customs fees and import taxes. Because Of The Times does not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs fees or import taxes. We advise you to check your local rates before committing to a purchase from us.

Lost/missing parcels. Because Of The Times will not refund orders marked as delivered by Royal Mail with a tracking number and proof of postage. We will also not accept responsibility and refund orders for missing parcels where a third party has been nominated to accept the parcel on your behalf. Please ensure your delivery address and payment details are correct at time of purchase.

RETURNS

While we hope you love your purchase from Because Of The Times, we appreciate that sometimes things might not look quite right once you try them on at home. We are happy to offer refunds on all unworn full-price items purchased online if returned to us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please email info@becauseofthetimes.co.uk to request your return – please state ‘Return request’ and your order number in the subject line.

Your returned item must reach us within 7 days of your return being approved. You are responsible for covering the cost to return the item to Because Of The Times and ensuring that it reaches us safely: we recommend obtaining proof of postage and keeping it until the item has been received by us. Once the item has been received and checked, you will be refunded the original item amount minus the shipping fee.

Pop-up shops, markets and sale items

Please note that sales of all items purchased from us at pop-up shops and markets, as well as sale items online, are final and cannot be returned.
